Funding to support the operation of six Regional Resource Centers that will collaboratively provide coordinated and research-based technical assistance to State and local educational agencies. Applications to fund broadband infrastructure projects in areas which are at least 75 percent rural are required to be submitted to RUS for consideration under BIP.
