The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of International Affairs is soliciting proposals from eligible applicants interested in applying for Federal Assistance to implement the Establishment of Legal Authority for Civil Judicial/Administrative Enforcement of Environmental Requirements and Technical Assistance on Environmental Governance Program in India for Indian cooperation with India’s Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) that strengthens the environmental governance programs in India. The project will include capacity building activities and other assistance that supports and improves India’s environmental laws, institutional relationships, compliance and enforcement regime.
