The TD Charitable Foundation's Housing for Everyone Grant Competition offers operational funding for organizations that make a meaningful difference in the affordable housing landscape of their communities. For 2009, the competition will provide $2 million in grants to further the innovative efforts of local affordable housing nonprofit organizations towards stabilizing the housing environment in the East Coast communities served by TD Bank. Consideration will be given to innovative plans that produce a quantitative difference in keeping families in their homes or that help protect the integrity of neighborhoods from deterioration caused by foreclosure and abandonment.
